Laura Prepon rose to fame for her role as Donna Pinciotti in the hit sitcom, That 70s Show. She played the longtime love interest of Eric Forman, who Topher Grace portrayed. After the show was over, Prepon moved on to make October Road which had run for two seasons. She later had several guest roles like in Medium, In Plain Sight, and House.

She also appeared in How I Met Your Mother, where she played the role of an ex-girlfriend of Ted’s. Her next role was in Are You There, Chelsea? But it was later canceled. The actress was constantly looking for new work to her credit, which came in a Netflix series called Orange Is the New Black. This one ran for seven seasons. She even directed a few episodes on the show too. This may signify a new beginning for the actress as she does seem to have a knack behind the camera.
