Ronald Reagan | Michael Reagan

It was January 26, 1940, when Ronald Reagan married Jane Wyman, a well-known actress. They would have a daughter named Maureen about a year later. She had always wished for a child, and on March 21, 1945, her wish came true when the couple adopted Michael, who was only three days old at the time. Today, Michael has raised millions of dollars for charities such as the United States Olympic Team and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

He also contributed to a nationally syndicated newspaper column and wrote best-selling books like On the Outside Looking In and Twice Adopted. For 17 years, he anchored a nationally syndicated weekday talk radio program. Michael hosted talk radio shows for 26 years in total. He is the chairman and president of the Reagan Legacy Foundation, which promotes President Reagan’s causes. He’s marking his degree as Reagan’s son while continuing his father’s public service legacy.
